Nevaeh Lei Espinoza was born April 29, 2012 in Spirit Lake, Iowa the daughter of Connie Espinoza and Max Cretsinger. She passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at her home in Milford at seventeen days of age.
Left to mourn are her parents, Connie Espinoza and Max Cretsinger; grandparents, Tim Linn and Heather Titus; great grandparents, Gary and Nancy Espinoza. Also surviving are uncles, Damon and Dominick Titus and aunt, Dee Jay Titus
