A celebration of life gathering for Lisa Kilts, age 52, of Milford formerly Spencer, will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 from 11:00am-1:00pm at the Turner Jenness Funeral Home in Spirit Lake.
Lisa Marie Kilts, the daughter of Lee and Mary Blum, was born on February 19, 1969, in California. Growing up, Lisa attended school and graduated from Spirit Lake High School.
On April 29, 1994, Lisa was united in marriage to Billy Kilts. The couple later divorced.
Throughout her life, Lisa has lived in California, Spirit Lake, Spencer, and Milford.
In her free time, Lisa enjoyed crocheting, quilting, cooking, shopping, and going to the casino. She especially loved spending time with her family including her grandchildren. She will be remembered for baking everyone’s birthday and wedding cakes as well as her love of decorating.
Lisa passed on November 20, 2021, at the Spencer Hospital.
Those left to cherish her memory include Bill Kilts (Cindy Davidson); special friend, Keith Wedeking; children: Brandi (Nick) Tomason and their four children; Jessica (Jason) Feld and their two daughters; Anna (Nick) Stallman and their four children; Douglas (Megan) Kilts; her mom, Mary Blum; extended family and friends.
Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Lee Blum; brother, Jeffery Blum; and her grandparents.
