A memorial visitation for Wilma Dodds, 90, of Spirit Lake will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2009 after 5:00pm at the Turner Funeral Home in Spirit Lake. Mrs. Dodds passed away Friday, October 16, 2009 at Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake.

Wilma Dodds was born August 9, 1919 in Swea City, Iowa, the daughter of Oscar and Mabel (Godfredson) Riddle.

Wilma was united in marriage to Quinten Mark Dodds on March, 11, 1939. Most of her life was spent in Arnolds Park, Superior and Spirit Lake.

She enjoyed going to flea markets and the love of her grandchildren. Family always came first in her life. Wilma was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Wilma passed away Friday, October 16, 2009 at Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake at ninety years of age.

She is survived by her sons, Gary (Mary) of Magness, AR, Merle (Patty) of Arnolds Park and Dean (Cathie) of Spirit Lake; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Quinten in 1986; two brothers and two sisters.
