Blake Joseph Schierholt was born April 4, 1983 in Spirit Lake, Iowa, the son of Theresa Schierholt and Keith Ahrenstorff. He attended school in Lake Park until 3rd grade and then moved to the farm with his mom in Milford and completed his education at the Okoboji Schools.

He enjoyed picking on his little brother, Tyler, golfing, visiting Las Vegas, working on his granny’s old boat, fishing, talking on his cell phone a little too much, Nascar, especially Earnhardt Jr., snowmobiling and being with his friends. He was employed at Webb Construction.

Blake is survived by his parents, Keith Ahrenstorff of Estherville, Theresa Schierholt and Ray Guthrie of Milford; brother, Tyler Guthrie; grandparents, Frank and Becky Schierholt, Floy Ahrenstorff and Shirley Huffman and her husband Jerry; great-grandma, Ravina Hintz; many aunts, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by two uncles, Butch Schierholt and Brian Ahrenstorff and cousins, Matthew Schierholt and Sierra Stewart.
