Roger W. Gerdeman

Roger William Gerdeman was born December 12, 1944 in Sioux City, IA, the son of Earl and Margaret (Rude) Gerdeman. He graduated from the Terril High School and attended college for four years. Roger served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.

On June 30, 1980, he was united in marriage to Donna Rose Lloyd in Montgomery, IA. Following their wedding, the couple resided in Texas before returning to Iowa in 1993. He worked as a builder and carpenter in the construction business.

Roger passed away on April 27, 2007 in Sioux Falls, SD at sixty-two years of age.

He is survived by his wife, Donna of Lake Park; two sons, Jeremy and Lance; mother, Margaret Gerdeman of Winterset, IA; sister, Randall Parkin of Earlham, IA; brother, Richard Gerdeman of Boise, ID; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ed and Rose Lloyd of Harris, IA; many nieces and nephews.

Roger was preceded in death by his father, Earl.
