Michelle Lee Kutzbach, 55 was born November 2, 1951 in Spirit Lake, IA. She was the daughter of Dwaine and Darlyne Halquist. Michelle attended Lake Park High School. She worked in Okoboji during and after high school and also at Berkley’s for a few years after marriage.

Michelle married Donald Kutzbach on January 7, 1975 in Worthington, MN. After marriage, she resided on the family farm in Round Lake, where she helped manage the family dairy business. She raised her four children and one grandchild. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Lake Park and later to the First Presbyterian Church of Round Lake, MN.

Michelle loved to cook and bake for her family and friends. She enjoyed working outdoors in her flower and vegetable gardens. She loved spending time with friends and family. Her greatest joy was her grandson, Jayden.

Michelle passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2007 in Worthington, MN at fifty-five years of age.

Michelle is survived by her husband, Donald Kutzbach; four children, Stacie (Alex) Seymour of Minneapolis, MN, Brian Kutzbach of Round Lake, MN, Kelly (Marcus) Maras of Worthington, MN and Angela Kutzbach of Round Lake, MN; mother, Darlyne Halquist of Lake Park, IA; one sister, Becky (Al) Morris of Maple Grove, MN; two brothers, Bob Halquist of Milford, IA and Gary (Terri) Halquist of Spirit Lake, IA; nephews, Adam, Zack, Derek Halquist and Adam Kutzbach; Uncle Stan (Elaine) Karste of Glenwood, MN; brother-in-law, Rollie Kutzbach of Worthington, MN; grandson, Jayden Maras of Worthington, MN.
