Death is Swallowed in Victory
!
1Cor. 15:54
George Carl Hoyt
I know it is hard to say good-bye
But remember, my soul will never die
And love makes it possible for me to stay.
Also, memories will keep us close in their own way.
In your thoughts I will return to you
And in those rare moments you will realize too,
I’m not very far away at all
And a smile may linger or a teardrop may fall.

Only God can love me more
And I am now at His heavenly door.
He has called me home
And I have an awesome place to roam.
I’ve conquered death, rejoice with me,
For God is present here, He has promised eternity.
I am on the other side of the sunrise.
I now live in paradise.
