Mae M. Brown
She married Milo Brown of Estherville, Iowa on October 20, 1925. Mae and Milo spent their early married years first in Estherville, then Fairmont, MN, and Saint Paul, MN. They moved to Spirit Lake, IA from St. Paul in August of 1938 where she has resided since. Two children were born to Mae and Milo, daughter Delores and son Richard. Mae was preceded in death by her loving husband Milo Brown; sister in law Leona Stoddard; brothers, Archibald, Jack and Larry Morton; sisters, Bryce (Phillips), Bella (McDonald), Indy (Titterington), and Mable (Jaqua). Mae is survived by her daughter Delores (Don Russell) of Bloomington, MN, son Richard (Sharon) Brown of Woodinville, WA, sister, Edith (Bob Marchand) of Yankton, SD; Grandchildren Cheryl Russell, Stuart, FL, Christie (Ron Ball) Minnetonka, MN, Donna (Brad Ruona) Prescott, WI, Jody (Mike Vober) Bloomington, MN, Melissa (Jerry Beumer) Kalispell, MT, Michael (Amy) Brown, Bothel, WA, Amy Brown, Seattle, WA. Mae Margaret (Morton) Brown was born in Eastbourne, England on December 20, 1904 to George and Edith Morton. She passed away April 25, 2006 at the Hilltop Care Center in Spirit Lake, IA at the age of 101.
