Kathleen Karen Hovland, 47, of Spirit Lake and formerly of California, died at her home on Thursday, September 28, 2006. Interment will be in Downey, California.

Kathleen worked in the lakes area as a waitress.

Kathleen is survived by her son, Greg Long of Worthington, MN and mother, Patricia Gallagher of Downey, CA.
