Ella Bleeker
Ella was united in marriage to Orville Bleeker on September 6, 1948 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. She was employed at Montgomery Ward in Spencer until she and Orville moved to a farm west of Milford in 1953. It was there that Ella and Orville lived and farmed until December of 1986, then moving to Hartley, IA to enjoy their retirement. Ella was an active member of the First Reformed Church of Everly, IA until the closing of the church. She was currently a member of the Hope Reformed Church of Spencer and also attended the Central Baptist Church in Hartley, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Orville in 2003; her daughter Kay Ten Kley in 2005; two brothers, - William and Robert Schomburg, and one sister, - Lucille Sixta. Ella is survived by two sons and their wives - Paul & Marcia of San Ramon, CA, and Duane & Debra of Hartley, IA; one daughter and her husband - Jean & Phil Blok of Spencer, IA; 14 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
