Constance Tusler

Constance Gibbs Tusler was born August 9, 1938 at Ottumwa, IA to Victor and Virginia (Mercer) Gibbs. The first ten years of her life were spent in Ottumwa, Iowa, then the family moved to Estherville, where she graduated from high school in 1956.

She attended Iowa State University in Ames and Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Connie married Dr. B.J. Williams and they were blessed with four children. In 1993 she married Joe Tusler in Bergen Park, Colorado. She worked for the Clinic Pharmacy at the Spirit Lake Medical Clinic and for the Family Drug in Spirit Lake.

Throughout her life Connie enjoyed reading, needlework, crafts, playing bridge, painting, music volunteering, and most of all, her children and grandchildren. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority; PEO, Chapter BE; and Lakes Regional Hospital Auxiliary.

Surviving are her husband: Dearld ("Joe") Tusler, children: Jim Williams, Bloomington, IL; Victoria (Williams) Hartman (Denis), Maineville, OH; John Williams; Michael Williams (Mary), Phoenix, AZ; Sisters: Diane (Gibbs) Wenthe, York, PA; Meredith Gibbs, Denver, CO; grandchildren: Morgan, Rachel, and Evan Hartman, Maineville, OH; Reece Williams, Phoenix, AZ.

Connie was in death preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Virginia. Memorials may be sent to Lakes Regional Hospital Hospice Care.
