Roman F. Nece

Roman F. Nece was born November 13, 1923 in Spirit Lake, Iowa the son of Frank and Marie (Albrecht) Nece. He was raised and educated in Milford, where he graduated from Milford High School.

Roman was united in marriage to Donna Belle Wintz on September 11, 1947 in Milford. The couple made their home in Milford. Roman worked as a plumber for Moeller Plumbing and Heating for forty-five years.

Roman was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milford. He enjoyed having coffee with friends and, after retirement, fishing.

After Donna Bell died he lived the next four years at Milford Nursing Center, where he enjoyed all the help who were so good to him.

Roman passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at Milford Nursing Center in Milford at eighty-one years of age.

He is survived by many relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Donna Belle, brother Raymond and sister Anna Marie.
