Beverly Griffin

Beverly Griffin was born July 9, 1935 in Spencer, Iowa the daughter of Jack and Ethel (Bensen) Golla. She was raised and educated in Arnolds Park, Iowa, graduating from Arnolds Park High School in 1953.

Bev was united in marriage to Perry Griffin on October 1, 1954 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She resided in California until moving to Spirit Lake in 1995.

Bev was a member of Lakeview Open Bible Church in Spirit Lake. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, praising the Lord, and working at the food pantry.

Bev passed away Saturday, February 12, 2005 in a Sioux Falls, South Dakota hospital at sixty-nine years of age.

She is survived by her mother, Ethel Golla; daughters, Christine Montenegro and Cindy Tuthill; sons, Steve and Greg Griffin; brother, Jack Golla; twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild; other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Golla and daughter, Gigi Griffin.

The family has requested memorial funds be directed to Lakeview Open Bible Church for the purchase of a cross
