Michael C. Schwarzkopf Michael Clair Schwarzkopf was born August 11, 1933 at LeMars, Iowa to Joseph and Mariam (Fisher) Schwarzkopf. He served in the U. S. Navy from 1955 to 1957. On June, 1960 he was married to Marlene Clark at Little Rock, Iowa. They became the parents of two daughters, Sandy and Cindy. On November 11, 1978 he was married to Joyce Coyle at Sioux Falls, SD. The couple lived in Spirit Lake where Mike was a security guard at Polaris. Mike enjoyed traveling, playing guitar and hot rod cars and trucks. He attended the Methodist Church. Mike died October 9 at the VA Hospital in Sioux Falls. He is survived by daughters, Sandy Pedro (Willy) of Sheldon, Iowa and Cindy Jacobson (Randy) of Manilla, Iowa; 5 grandchildren, Carmen, Amber and Billie Rae Pedro and Dyllon and Myranda Jacobson; step-sons, Leo Mittrucker, Clarence Mittrucker, Leonard Mittrucker and George Mittrucker; two aunts, Lenore Lonneman of Sibley, IA and Ida Luchtel of Shakopee, MN; and several nieces and nephews.
