Arlene Kizer Arlene Kizer, 86, of Tuscon, Arizona and formerly of Arnolds Park, Iowa, died April 26th, 2004 At the Devon Gables Nursing Center in Tucson . Arlene was born November 16, 1917 to Benjamin and Marie Ehert Higley at Lake Park, Iowa. She was a self-employed cosmetologist in Arnolds Park for 53 years before retirement and moving to Denver to be near her son, Perry. In August of 2000, they moved to Tucson. She was a member of the National Hairdressers and Cosmetologists Association. Arlene is survived by two sons, Perry of Tucson, AZ and Jerry of Prior Lake, MN; 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and her younger brother Dean of Nevada and her kitty, Gracie. Burial in the Lakeview Cemetery, Spirit Lake in the Higley family plot will occur at a later date. At her request, no services are being held. |
